We currently do not have a physical showroom for customers to visit. However, this has allowed us to pass on the cost savings directly to our customers, ensuring competitive prices. We are excited to share that we are working towards opening our first showroom in the near future. We want to assure you that our product ranges are meticulously crafted with a focus on comfort and quality. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your furniture.

Do you offer to take my old furniture?

Our focus is on providing high-quality furniture and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. However, there may be alternative options available in your local area, such as furniture recycling services or charitable organisations that accept furniture donations. We recommend exploring those options to responsibly dispose of or donate your old furniture.

Can I leave my products outdoors during various temperatures?

At mii furniture, we take pride in the quality of our furniture. That's why all our sets undergo a powder coating process, making them weather-resistant, rust-resistant, and UV-resistant. This protective coating helps to ensure the longevity of our furniture even when exposed to various outdoor conditions.

Additionally, our cushions are designed to be water-resistant. However, we recommend removing the cushions when it is raining to further protect them from excessive moisture. This practice helps maintain their quality and extends their lifespan.

By combining powder-coated frames and water-resistant cushions, we aim to provide durable and resilient furniture that can withstand outdoor elements while offering comfort and style.

Do your products come with a warranty?

mii furniture offers a minimum manufacturer's warranty of 12 months for its products, although the duration may vary depending on the specific item. To obtain accurate warranty information, it is advisable to refer to the product specifications.

The warranty begins from the date of delivery and is automatically activated upon receipt of your furniture delivery.

It is important to retain your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any warranty claims. The warranty covers the structural components of the furniture, such as frames and support brackets, as well as manufacturing faults that may arise.

However, the warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, including accidental damage, neglect, incorrect assembly, or general wear and tear. Additionally, damage caused by adverse weather conditions, such as strong winds, is not covered.

Cushion covers, cushion fillings, and glass are not included in the warranty coverage.

The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable or valid outside of the United Kingdom. If you encounter any issues with the purchased items, please contact mii furniture's customer support team via email, live chat, or phone.

mii furniture reserves the right to reject claims that are determined to be unrelated to manufacturing defects after careful review. Accepted claims will result in the appropriate action, such as repair, replacement, or exchange of the item.

For protection against adverse weather conditions, it is recommended to bring your outdoor furniture cushions indoors. Although rain covers are provided to safeguard the garden furniture, it is still advised to store the cushions indoors during unfavourable weather conditions, even when using a cover. Please be aware that failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the guarantee not covering any cushion damage, including mould.
