Refund policy

Our return and refund policy allows for a 14-day window starting from the date of order delivery, during which you can request a return.

To qualify for a return or refund, it is important that the item(s) are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available. 

To initiate a return or refund, kindly reach out to our customer support team at care@miifurniture.com. 

When contacting us, please provide your order number and state the reason for your return request. Once your return is approved, you will have 7 days to send the items back to us.

Please be aware that failure to return the goods within this specified timeframe may result in the rejection of your return. It's important to note that a collection fee will be incurred. 

Lastly, please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the aforementioned conditions are not met.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: 
We kindly request that you carefully inspect your order upon its arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. 

This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it. When reaching out to our support team, we kindly ask that you provide us with relevant photos to assist in the evaluation process. 

Rest assured, once we have reviewed the situation, we will arrange for a suitable replacement to be sent to you.

EXCHANGES:
To expedite the process and ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the item you currently have. 

Once your return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for your return to be accepted: the items must remain unopened and unassembled, and the packaging must be in its original condition. 

If any of these conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer an option to exchange your item for another.

REFUNDS: 
Once we have received and thoroughly inspected your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account. 

If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you have not received the refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@miifurniture.com. 

We will be glad to assist you further and resolve any concerns you may have regarding your refund.
