Normally, our trade accounts are designed for interior designers, architects, and property developers. However, we may consider exceptions for businesses undergoing renovations across multiple locations. If you believe your business meets these requirements, kindly complete the online application form and provide as much information as possible. 

Do You Provide A Trade Discount?

Absolutely! Our trade discounts are determined by your total expenditure over the past 12 months. This means that the more you purchase, the greater the opportunity to increase your savings. Additionally, we offer a fixed discount on clearance prices. Feel free to take advantage of these benefits! 

Is It Possible For Me To Purchase Products For The Purpose Of Resale?

Our trade accounts are intended solely for assisting you in purchasing our products on behalf of your clients. We are the exclusive retailer of all our items, and our furniture is not available for resale.

Are mii Products Suitable For Commercial Properties?

Our products are primarily designed for domestic use. If you intend to purchase our items for commercial purposes, it is your responsibility to ensure that they meet the necessary industry specifications and requirements. 

We recommend reaching out to our trade team for further information and guidance regarding the suitability of our products for commercial applications.

Can I Have Your Products Shipped Internationally?

We currently only provide shipping services to addresses within mainland UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

My Account Has Been Approved. What Do I Do Now?

Once your account is approved, placing an order is a breeze. Simply reach out to us at trade@miifurniture.com and provide us with a list of the products you're interested in, along with the complete delivery address. 

We'll generate a pro-forma invoice and send you the payment details. If you prefer speaking to a real person, feel free to call our trade line at 0333 8806 826 to place your order over the phone. 

We offer two convenient payment options for your trade order. You can choose to pay via bank transfer by following the instructions provided on the pro-forma invoice. Alternatively, you can give us a call, and our team will assist you in making the payment over the phone.
