Shipping policy

At mii furniture, we strive to deliver your in-stock items within a prompt timeframe of 7 working days.

For sofa orders, shipping times can range from 3 to 16 weeks. Specific shipping times for individual items can be found under the "Shipping & Returns" tab in the item description. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about the current lead times for our goods.

To find shipping dates for pre-order items, kindly refer to the product description for accurate information.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, certain items may require a 2 man delivery service. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, our customer service team or the courier will contact you to schedule a delivery slot. In the event that you miss this slot, please be aware that it may take approximately 7 working days to reroute your delivery due to the specific nature of these items.

Smaller products such as accessories and furniture covers are efficiently dispatched through Royal Mail, ensuring delivery within a timeframe of 3-5 working days. No courier service is required for these items.

For large express orders, we utilise pallet shipping. In cases where there is insufficient access on the property (e.g., driveway), the delivery will be made to the curb-side only.

Important Information:

Unless you have chosen to finance your order through our finance partners, the full value of your purchase will be debited from your selected payment method at the time of placing your order.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to cancel or amend it. In the event of a cancellation after dispatch, please note that there will be a charge applicable.

If an order is returned undelivered, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Our drivers and couriers conduct deliveries between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. It is important to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package unless specific delivery instructions have been previously communicated to our customer service team.

Apartment Building Delivery:

In the case of living in a flat without a suitable elevator, our couriers will only be able to deliver the items to the entrance of the building, such as the ground floor or lobby.

At the point of delivery, you may be asked to provide identification as a part of our verification process.

Items Missing In Transit/Delivery Disputes:

In the unfortunate event of a delay, loss, or disputed delivery, we will initiate a comprehensive investigation with the courier service. After raising the dispute and submitting the necessary paperwork, please allow a period of 14 working days for us and the courier to conduct a thorough investigation. Depending on the circumstances, it may take longer in certain cases.

During the ongoing investigation or dispute, we cannot approve a replacement or refund until the investigation/dispute is marked as resolved and officially closed.

In the event that a customer refuses delivery for any reason, a surcharge of £50 will be applied to cover the costs associated with the return of the order. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
